Orders are typically filled in 7 to 10 business days. Large quantity order sizes or custom orders ship in approximately 4 weeks, but times do vary based on the complexity of the design. Please contact us at 678-547-0002 for production time estimates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Bodoblankets.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. We can only exchange/return products purchased from Bodoblankets.com and returned in original packaging. We will process your exchange within 7 - 10 business days. There will be a $5 re-stocking fee for any merchandise returned.
You are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Bodoblankets.com will not be responsible for exchanges or returns lost in transit. Bodoblankets.com reserves the right to refuse used or damaged merchandise.
